Fall into Wellness and get back on track as we move into Autumn with our 4-Week PiYo Series. Get your mind and body ready with this class that focuses on muscle toning and core building, and Yoga, which concentrates on strength and flexibility. The benefits are toning and defining your body and improving overall flexibility, posture, balance, and stability just in time for fall! Our PiYo Series will take place on Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m. beginning on September 13.
