Due to popular demand, our 5-Week PiYo Series is back!

Get your mind and body ready for the Summer with this class that focuses on muscle toning and core building, and Yoga, which concentrates on strength and flexibility. The benefits are toning and defining your body and improving overall flexibility, posture, balance, and stability just in time for summer!
