Mellow Flow Yoga offers a private Yoga & Petit Brunch experience created to gently bring people together in a calm and nourishing way.
Begin with a relaxing morning yoga and meditation practice, followed by an organic, thoughtfully prepared brunch enjoyed in a setting of your choice—from peaceful lakeside spaces to cozy, rustic surroundings.

Slow Flow Yoga

Slow Flow Yoga is a gentle, mindful practice that builds strength and flexibility through intentional movement and breath. Poses are held longer, allowing time to settle, explore alignment, and move with awareness. The pace is meditative, supporting a sense of calm while quietly building stamina.
This class is open to all levels, including beginners and those looking to deepen their practice.

Improve balance and focus with this balance pose centered series. Balancing poses in yoga are beneficial in many ways:

This practice begins with breath work and warm-up followed by a deep dive into balance poses incorporating modifications and props. The practice ends with a restorative cool down to reach full balance – mind, body, spirit. This class is for all levels.​

Looking to take your practice to the next level? Join Mellow Flow Yoga Wednesday's at 6:00 p.m. at the Oneida Community Mansion House on the Great Lawn for Vinyasa Flow and Restore. A heat building asana practice followed by calming, restorative poses. It is a balanced combination leaving the body and mind both calm and clear.
In a culture that demands we move faster and do more, Gentle Flow Yoga will allow you to slow things down. Gentle Flow is a soothing, yet strengthening flow. It creates stability and centering through a light to moderate pace, melting away physical and mental tension.
