In a culture that demands we move faster and do more, Candlelight Gentle Flow Yoga will allow you to slow things down. Gentle Flow is a soothing, yet strengthening flow. It creates stability and centering through a light to moderate pace, melting away physical and mental tension.

Yoga is highly effective in helping to promote healthy posture. It emphasizes balance, flexibility and strength, all of which are crucial for maintaining proper posture.
This 5-week series will focus on strengthening core muscles, strengthening back muscles, opening chest and shoulders, and overall body strengthening and toning to achieve our best posture!
This series is for all levels.
