Improve balance and focus with this balance pose centered series. Balancing poses in yoga are beneficial in many ways:
Strengthen your core, muscles, and tone connective tissue
Enhance focus and concentration
Build your stability
Reverse age-related loss of balance
This practice begins with breath work and warm-up followed by a deep dive into balance poses incorporating modifications and props. The practice ends with a restorative cool down to reach full balance – mind, body, spirit. This class is for all levels.
